Processing & Handling
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of placement. During high-volume periods or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days. Orders placed after 9:00 PM Pacific Time will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are not guarantees. Delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, customs (international), or other factors outside our control. If your order is more than 3 business days late, check your tracking number and wait 2 additional business days before contacting us.
Tracking & Updates
Once your order ships, we'll send you tracking details via email. You can track your package in real-time using the tracking number provided. All orders ship with tracking and full insurance coverage.
Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
A package is considered lost if tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, or if tracking hasn't updated for 15 or more business days. Contact us with your order number and tracking number, and we'll file a carrier claim. Once confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, take photos immediately and email us at support@get-jacked.co with the photos and your order number. We'll file a damage claim with the carrier at no cost to you and ship a replacement.
International Shipping
Customs & Import Duties
You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by your country. These fees are not included in our quoted shipping cost and are collected by customs when the package arrives. We have no way to estimate or pay these fees on your behalf.
Restricted Products
Dietary supplements are subject to import restrictions in some countries. We do not guarantee clearance through customs for all destinations. If customs in your country seizes a package, we are not responsible for replacement or refund. Please check your country's import regulations before ordering.
