Get Jacked Co. subscriptions give you a discount on recurring orders, with the flexibility to cancel anytime. This policy explains how subscriptions work, how we bill, and how to manage or cancel.

How Subscriptions Work

What Is a Subscription?

A subscription is a recurring delivery plan where we automatically ship products to you and charge your payment method automatically.

Subscription Discount

Every subscription order includes a 20-25% discount off the regular product price. This discount applies for as long as your subscription is active.

First Order Promotional Terms

If your first order includes a promotional offer (Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Buy 2 Get 2 Free, percentage-off code, etc.), the promotional pricing is included in that first shipment only. Subsequent renewals charge at the standard per-item subscription price with your ongoing discount applied. When promotions include gift quantities—such as complimentary aged garlic included with your order—those items are included in the first delivery and subsequent shipments reflect only billable units.

Introductory Discount & Minimum Commitment

Your first subscription order is offered at a promotional or introductory price as an incentive to begin a recurring plan. This introductory pricing is conditional on your subscription remaining active through at least one (1) recurring renewal order.

You may cancel at any time. However, if you cancel before your first renewal order ships, the introductory discount applied to your first order is forfeited, and we reserve the right to charge the difference between the promotional price you paid and the standard one-time (non-subscription) price of the product(s) you received. This recovers only the discount value—it is not a cancellation fee or penalty.

After your first renewal order, you may cancel at any time with no further charges of any kind. This commitment is disclosed at checkout before you complete your purchase, and by subscribing you agree to these terms.

How to Cancel

You can cancel anytime, for any reason. No cancellation fee, no explanation required. If you cancel before your first renewal, please see Introductory Discount & Minimum Commitment above regarding recovery of your first-order discount.

Three ways to cancel:

  • Self-Service: Click the link in your order confirmation email to access your subscription portal and cancel immediately.
  • Email Us: Email support@get-jacked.co with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line. We'll process within 1 business day.
  • PayPal: If you subscribed via PayPal, log into your account and cancel the billing agreement.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation takes effect immediately (or before your next billing date, whichever comes first). You will not be charged for any future shipments.

Billing & Charges

When You're Charged

Your payment method is charged automatically according to your subscription schedule. Charges appear on your statement as "GET-JACKED.CO".

Failed Payments

If your payment method declines, we'll retry 1-3 times. Update your payment method or contact us to resume billing.

Managing Your Subscription

How to Update

You can change your billing frequency, quantity, product, payment method, or shipping address anytime. Changes take effect on your next renewal date.

Pause Your Subscription

If you need a break but don't want to cancel, you can pause for up to 3 months. We don't charge or ship during a pause, and you can resume anytime.

Before Filing a Dispute

Contact us first if you have an issue with a subscription charge:

  • Email support@get-jacked.co with your order number
  • We can cancel your subscription, process a refund (if eligible), or help with your concern
  • Response time: 24 hours
