120-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products with a 120-day money-back guarantee on qualifying orders.

If you are not happy with a qualifying purchase, contact our support team within 120 days of delivery and we will guide you through the return process. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund may be issued.

What qualifies This guarantee applies to your first order only. It does not apply to:

• Subscription orders, renewals, refills, or rebills
• Replacement orders
• Discounted, promotional, or bundled products and orders
• Personalized, custom-made, or engraved items (these are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective)

How it works To be eligible for a refund, all of the following are required:

• A refund request submitted to support within 120 days of delivery
• Prior return authorization from our support team before sending anything back
• Return of the item to the warehouse of origin, in its original condition, in its original packaging, with all components included
• Valid proof of purchase

Refunds cover the product price only. Shipping, handling, and service fees are non-refundable. Items returned without prior authorization, or sent to any address other than the warehouse of origin, will not be accepted.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Your statutory rights Nothing in this guarantee limits your legal rights regarding faulty, defective, or misdescribed products under applicable consumer law in your country. Those rights apply regardless of the conditions above.

Abuse and disputes We reserve the right to deny refunds or dispute chargeback claims in cases of misuse, excessive wear, partial or incomplete returns, intentional damage, or attempts to bypass our return process. Please contact support before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
