Get Jacked Co. offers dietary supplement products for purchase through our website at get-jacked.co.

2. Product Disclaimer
⚠️ Important: Get Jacked Co. products are dietary supplements, not medications. They are not approved by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These products are not intended to treat medical conditions. If you have any health concerns, consult your doctor before use.

Your Responsibility
It's your responsibility to:

  • Read product labels and usage instructions
  • Check for ingredient allergies before use
  • Consult a doctor if you're on medication or have health conditions

3. Payment & Purchase
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Your order is NOT final until we confirm it. We reserve the right to reject any order we deem suspicious or fraudulent.

Subscriptions & Shipping Protection
When shipping protection is added to a subscription, the shipping protection renews on the same recurring basis as your subscription. Each recurring subscription order includes shipping protection and its fee, so every shipment in your subscription stays covered. If your subscription is cancelled or paused, shipping protection stops billing along with it.

4. Critical: Chargebacks & Disputes
⚠️ Before Filing a Chargeback: Filing a chargeback without contacting us first harms your ability to get a refund. We process refunds faster than disputes.

  • We can process refunds in 5–10 days

5. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:

  • Website downtime or technical errors
  • Lost or damaged packages (we assist with carrier claims)

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
